There will be a baked potato fundraiser on Sunday, August 30th at 12:00pm. This will be held in our fellowship hall. Proceeds will go towards our Ladies Ministry.
Beginning on Wednesday, September 2nd we will begin a new ladies study. "Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World" authored by Joanna Weaver will be the title of our study. We meet each Wednesday night at 6:00pm! Everyone is welcome to join us for this study!!
Join us on Wednesday nights beginning September 2nd as we examine the beliefs of the major world religions and cults and compare/contrast them to orthodox Christianity. Study begins at 6:00pm and meets in the fellowship hall.
Beginning on Sunday, September 13th we will begin a new small group study. "24/6 A Prescription for a Healthier Life authored by Matthew Sleeth will be the title of the study. Small groups will meet on the 2nd and 4th Sunday each month beginning at 5:00pm at the home of Britt & Jill Clay. A fellowship meal begins at 5:00pm followed by the study at 6:00pm. Everyone is welcome to take part in this small group study.
Eastwood will be hosting an Association wide Ladies Retreat on September 18-19, 2015. Tammy Whitehurst "Joy for the Journey Ministries" will be our guest speaker.More details to follow!
There will be a Guy's Retreat on September 25-27, 2015 in Valley Mills. There will be a time of fishing, relaxing, food, fellowship, worship. Jared Hollier will be the guest speaker/worship leader. Cost is $25 which includes meals and lodging.
